Tariff (2008)

All prices are per person per night and based on two adults sharing a double room.

For stays of 7 nights or more a 5% discount will be applied to the above prices.

The prices include a substantial breakfast with a choice to suit all.  Of course, we will be happy to discuss any special dietary or other requirements that you may have.

Child discounts (when sharing a room with 2 adults)

• Children between 9 and 15 years old are charged at 50% of the adult rate
• Children between 5 and 8 years old are charged at £10 per night
• Children under 5 years old are charged at £5 per night
• A baby in its own cot can stay free, or a cot and bed linen can be provided for £3 per night

Deposits

• £50 per person for stays over 3 days
• £15 per person for stays up to 3 days

Cancellation

If a booking is cancelled six weeks or more before the arrival date, the deposit will be repaid in full. If a booking is cancelled less than six weeks before the arrival date and we are unable to re-let the room(s), then full payment for the booking will be required. For this reason we advise that all guests to take out insurance to cover against cancellation.

Arrival and departure

• The normal arrival time is from 2:00pm onwards.
• Rooms should normally be vacated by 10:30 am.
